ABOUT CLYDE NORTH
A proud community spirit
Building a strong community foundation is one of Mirvac’s most important commitments.
We will invest in and nurture social engagement from the very beginning, with beautiful spaces and amenities setting the stage for unique, homegrown events. Mirvac already works closely with the local council, understanding the importance of easy access to essential services and forging links with local sports and cultural clubs. You will be welcomed into the community with information and introductions to your neighbours, provided by Mirvac's dedicated settlement and community management team.
Mirvac makes your move an enjoyable experience.
The vision for the coming Town Centre is for a vibrant focal point for the whole community, surrounded by nature. With shops, cafes and civic spaces, the town centre’s facilities and services will help keep life ticking along nicely.
There will be an abundance of walking and cycling paths that connect the many local parks and amenity for residents to enjoy. The Cardinia Creek, wetlands and waterways will provide a natural setting for this walkable neighbourhood.
A local government primary school is planned for the future alongside the active open space precinct that will be home to local football, netball and cricket sporting clubs and a community facility.
Sustainability standards have been put in place to protect the natural environment for future generations. Mirvac’s Clyde North community aims to enhance existing natural ecosystems, encouraging native biodiversity and rehabilitating Cardinia Creek, as well as developing new natural waterways and wetlands for conservation and stormwater treatment to protect our bays and waterways.
